In 2004, the BART extension to the San Francisco International Airport won the Outstanding Civil Engineering Transportation Project in the State of California from the American Society of Civil Engineers. Tutor Saliba has won many awards for its top notch work in the design, construction, expansion, and demolition of buildings and civil works. Other awards presented to Tutor Saliba include the Distinguished Project Award for their work on Pier 400 Container Facility, Berths 401-403, Port of Los Angeles awarded by Western Council of Construction Consumers in 2004.
